Samples request

The donation samples of semen could be request via phone (965154000) or via email and will be sent using containers of liquid nitrogen authorized for land and air transportation of biological samples through courier.

The request should be laid at least 24 hours in advance, and the patient details should be provided fulfilling the application form enclosed.

Along with the sample, a report will be sent including the name of the patients, their phenotype characteristics, the number of the donor, and the directions necessary for defrosting the abovementioned sample.

It is important to remark that, according to the Spanish Assisted Reproduction Law, the result of the cycle if it results in pregnancy and the evolution thereof must be communicated to the semen bank.
