Pregnancy Testing: BHCG Analysis

You can find out if you are pregnant both safely and quickly. The measurement of BhCG levels also lets us know the vitality of the embryo and the possibilities of a multiple pregnancy.

The BhCG (human chorionic gonadotropin) is what forms the early embryo. It can be detected in blood around day 14 after conception.

Values below 4 mIU/ml indicate the absence of a pregnancy. Normal values in the first few weeks are:

3-4 weeks: 9-130 mIU/ml
4-5 weeks: 1975 to 2600 mIU/ml
