We can identify through the PCR technique possible deletion of the Y chromosome in different specific regions. It has been proven that absence in these regions is responsible of certain alterations in gametogenesis. This producing from oligozoospermias to azzoozpermias. The identification of the region been deletion have an important interest as it will be the key for the success of a testicular biopsy. It also give us information of the progresion of the spermatic failure getting to those patients with oligozoospermias to azoospermias. For that reason, n microdeletionated patients it is highly recommended to do a seminal storage with the aim of preserving their fertility.

Finally, the patients with microdeletions of the Y chromosome should recived an appropiate genetic advise because they have a higher risk of passing Turner Syndrome to the next generation.
