This technique give us the possibility of evaluate the number of cromosomes that the spermazoids have and if they suffer any alteration. It consist of the study of aneuploidies in the spermatozoids through FISH. This technique allows an especific coverage through flourecent color the chromosome top be studied. The result of this analisys helps to identify the number of copies of a specific chromosome and its possible structural alterations. It has been describe a mayor frecuency of aneuploidies spermatozoids of patients with altered seminograms. At the same time, an increase in the aneuploid spermatozoid population could be responsible for the implantation failiure and miscarriges.
